YOU MUST KNOW BOTH SIDES OF WHY TO SUCCEED

You are perfect the way you are and have everything inside you right now to move mountains, lose weight, and get healthy; you only need to believe and have mustard seed like faith. Mark 11:24 & Luke 17:6

The only way to believe and have faith is to know both sides of WHY.

Side 1: Why you are doing what you’re doing.

Side 2: Why you believe what you are doing will work.

Doubt and fear are a result of not knowing both sides of Why, yet still doing it.

Doubt and fear cause you to base all decisions on current emotions and situations instead of your Why/Purpose and The Rock. Matthew 7:24-27



IT’S EASY TO BE FOOLED AND FAIL

All humans have been created in His image and have God’s breath inside, making us divine beings always striving for more. Many grasp the world’s knowledge on what makes you healthy and happy but leave the Great Physician out of it, the only One that can heal and fulfill us.

Those that are not God’s children focus on instant gratification and are never satisfied. They follow the “Highway to Success” that leads to death and ignore God’s Way, leading to freedom. Matthew 7:13-14

You want to be free, right?

Satan loves to trick you and make you feel like hopping on a new diet, changing your looks, and getting your body capable and healthy to do whatever it wants in this world is always a good thing and will fulfill you.

Just look at Eve; Satan tricked her into eating fruit that made her more like God; that’s an admirable desire, but was also a direct violation of the only commandment she had. Genesis 3:1-7

Trying to do something right by doing something wrong does not work and harms you in the long run.

Metabolism and hormones out of whack, this pain, that ailment, this disease, that struggle, and every stress in between; if you don’t put God first, you will struggle and never find true freedom even when doing the “right” thing.

Permanently changing the human figure and being healthy requires you to use and balance the 7 Areas of Change and apply them to who you truly are, not who you want to be.



The 3DW’s – aka the 3 Detailed W’s

The Why Way begins with the 3DWs.

The 3DW’s are a series of detailed questions (Where, What, and Why) that provide the required detailed information about your life, body, habits, environment, and God-given purpose to form the best plan for you.

The only way to know how to get somewhere is first to understand where you are and all about the vehicle you’re taking to get there.

If you don’t want to struggle with your health and image, you must be authentic and allow God to show you what is right for you and you alone.

When you stop trying to be someone you are not and show up as you are, you will experience a permanent transformation.

You want your results to be permanent, right?

Once you complete the 3DW’s, you will have all the required information to apply the 7 Areas of Change and achieve your health and fitness goals.



THE 7 AREAS OF CHANGE

There are only 7 Areas responsible for all physical changes in your body.

When you have authentically finished the 3DWs, you can apply the 7 Areas of Change to your unique and fantastic body, habits, and environment, achieve your goals, and your God-given Why!

Each area is introduced in order from most important to least, making change easy and effortless and resulting in more results with less work.

While moving through, you will apply and balance each area to your lifestyle and habits.



The B.A.R.

The B.A.R. is the last step and is the process of:

Balancing out your WHY with the 3DRs and 7 Areas of Change, Assessing, and Repeating.

Whether life is tough or going great, no matter the situation God instructs us to stop and pray. 1 Thessalonians 5:17

We pray for our struggles, blessings, and relationships. We pray to strengthen our relationship with God, for more wisdom, and many other reasons.

The B.A.R. is a continual act, like prayer, that addresses and overcomes the ever-changing obstacles, outcomes, and situations that life throws our way.

No matter how extreme, weird, busy, or crazy your life is, or how dumb, incapable, fat, or weak you feel, there is no possible way to fail because the Why Way focuses on who you currently are and Gods Why and Way for you, not on who you wish to be or someone else’s way.

The Why Way takes out all the guesswork and maps out exactly what to do and when to do it.

There literally is no possible way for you to fail.

Choose to set yourself apart, discover your Why to fitness and let God help you move the mountain that stands in the way of your health, fitness, and happiness.

This is the Why Way.
